People Pleasing

Are you a people pleaser? Or do you have values that you stick to?
People pleasing is a no win game. It’s impossible to please all the people all of the time, or any of the people most of the time!
If you’re a people pleaser you will feel like a battered punch bag, because they don’t all want to please you!
What does a people-pleaser need to do? You need to know
1. Who you are.
2. Your goals
3. What is right and wrong (what works!)
4. Your values – have you ever asked yourself what your values are?
5. What you believe in and will stand up for.
6. What is greater than you.
7. who you can help and who you cannot.
8. Your boundaries – where the demands stop.
9. How to set aside time for just you and something you personally love. This is refreshing and will replenish your soul..
Then you will begin to see that you can care for people if that’s what you like to do, but you can also be yourself and have your own life.
